Research Experience:

As human resources management is rarely seen by researchers expanding their fields to "scientific and technological human resources development", they are now heading for "high-end scientific and technological talent development" research. In the past three years (2017-), a total of core and key journals at home and abroad have been published. More than 40 papers were provided to expand and make up for the shortcomings of human resource management in research and training in technology and talent development.
