Research Experience:

Assoc.Prof. FROILAN D. MOBO finished his Doctor in Public Administration degree at the Urdaneta City University, Pangasinan, Philippines last April 8, 2016. Presently, He is an Associate Professor of the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy. He has been entrusted with the responsibilities not just as an educator, he was also assigned as Director for Research and Development at the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy. This gave him thorough experience not only in academic affairs but also in administrative and technical functions. He has evolved as an academician throughout my teaching careers, as a Faculty for Information Technology, Social Science and Humanities courses. He is also an experienced research peer reviewer in various International Journals. Moreover, he is a Licensed Professional Teacher major in Social Studies. He is also a TESDA Visual Graphic Design NC III, Computer System Servicing NC II and Computer Hardware NC II, PC Operations NC II and Computer Technician NC I Certificates holder as well as Assessor in those respective areas. Related Certificates earned include IMO 6.09 (Instructors Methodology), IMO 6.10 (Train the Simulator Trainer and Assessor) and IMO 3.12 Model Course.
