Research Experience:

Patrick D. Cerna is a Professor of AdgriTech and Engineering in the Philippine Science High School Caraga Region Campus. He previously served as Full Professor in Information and Communication Department in Federal Technological Institute University in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia He has obtained Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Master of Science in Information Technology and Doctor of Information Technology in 1999, 2006, and 2012 respectively. He is also a member for some of the prestigious IS / IT international organizations eg IEEE Computer Society, Association of Computing Machinery (ACM), Association of Information Systems (IS) and International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT). He has published more than 25 research papers in reputable journal publications and several Conference Paper in reputable conferences organised in Turkey, Malaysia, Cape Town, South Africa , UK and Thailand. He has also served as Editorial board and Scientific Review er of the several journal publications and Technical Working Scientific Committee in International conferences held in UK, Korea, Taiwan, and Capetown, South Africa.
