Low carbon economy, carbon trading, environment economics

Research Experience:

Professor, awarded “Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University” by China Ministry of Education and “ChuTian Scholars” by Hubei Province, Principle Investigator of Key Project supported by China National Social Science Foundation, project by National Natural Science Foundation, and a number of international projects funded by United Nations and European Union etc, appointed as deputy director of Xi’an Ecology and Environment Bureau on a secondment. 

9 years overseas study and work experiences, MSc from The University of Warwick, UK (QS World University Rankings: 48th) in 2003; PhD from Dept of Civil Engineering (No 1 by major in UK), Cardiff University under supervision of Prof Thomas who’s the fellow of Royal Society and Royal Academy of Engineering.
